Project Quality At Craft & Associates, Inc
At Craft & Associates, we believe that the quality of a project is dependent upon the quality of the materials used, the quality of construction methods utilized, and the quality of personnel responsible for each aspect of the project. We are committed to:
- using the best quality materials available
- utilizing the most effective methods known within the construction industry
- hiring the most skilled work force available and to use only the best subcontractors available for every project.
When the best materials, methods, and personnel are utilized on a project, then our finished product will be the best available. Our plan to ensure a quality project begins with s shared project responsibility approach between our project superintendents, executive superintendents, project managers, and our company officers.
Our Project Superintendents are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project. The Project Superintendent meets weekly with subcontractors to schedule the work that will be accomplished. The Executive Superintendent works closely with all project superintendents to ensure that each project progresses on schedule and coordinates the work force and equipment to ensure that all projects are adequately staffed. The Project Manager is responsible for materials acquisition, schedule development, and project administrative duties. The President supervises all projects to ensure that each project progresses according to schedule and within budget.
This approach provides a check and balance methodology to identify and correct deficiencies, prevent problems from occurring, and ensure that yoru project is completed on time and wihtin budget.
We would be glad to discuss our approach to project quality with you as you consider your next building project. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions or need additional information. We look forward to working with you and building relationships that last a lifetime.
